I wanted to purchase a bike for my child and have been calling the shop every day to confirm they have it in stock before I make the trip over, not once have they answered. Messages were left but no call back. Very strange way to run a business.
10/10 in store service, 10/10 over the phone service. i came here because i was looking for my first BMX. previously looking for the sunday maca perez but was recommended the wethepeople crysis, even received a discount off full price as well as a gyro kit installed free. installation time did not take long, popped out for lunch, came back already done. small hiccups with the stem, so we received a new one PLUS the original stem free of charge. these people are bmx specialist and know their stuff. if you're either a pro pro ... read more
Great help from Terry with my kids bikes. Great shop!
My old sentimental ratrod coaster-braked clunker from the 80s gets well looked after by the Mafia and nobody is ever trying to upsell me on anything unless I actually ask about upgrades. It's a bit of a hike to take the bike there but well worth it. Always really happy with the service and advice.
Brilliant service from Jackman and Terry. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience at the shop and will definitely be back
