BMW Financial has lost my $55,506.83 payoff certified funds check for a week now! The representatives and supervisors don’t seem to care or aren’t doing anything about it. I’m writing to complain about how BMW Financial Services demonstrated disrespect and completely disregard for a potential client time and money. I’ve been a client of AUDI and Mercedes without any issues whatsoever and my recent experience with BMW is the complete opposite. Their methods are brutal, rigid, cold, insensitive, unyielding. I realize that the excellent customer service associated with the BMW brand has zero correlation with BMW Financial. And although I will continue to be a loyal BMW customer, I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH BMW FINANCIAL AGAIN.
