Placed an order at 3pm and got it the next morning all the way in Montreal for an Expo. Lightening fast shipping.
No one answers the phone in the whole company. Took aged to get through by email. Product broke, Holds a 7 second charge. They will not accept video proof of this, and insist I pay the shipping to them, $17 min on a $20 product, and an additional $20 to have the item returned to me in the event it isn't really broken. When I pointed out there was nothing preventing them from simply charging people $20 to get the replacement and saying it was never broken I was assured "We wouldn't still be in business if we did that." *** DO NOT deal with this company if you can*** I would give zero star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever seen in Canada. My product broke after JUST 2 days of purchasing it and the “owner” who ever that is won’t refund me the money or letting me exchange the product to something more expensive which is very unreasonable in my opinion. I won’t ever deal this company again and will tell all friends and family to stay away as well. Not a happy customer at all.
