Mick at Bmr was a great help for me. With Mick also being an athlete he was able to give me some great advice on easing back into training after an injury.
Michael at BMR has a great understanding of the human body and is able to listen, assess your symptoms and build an approach to get you back to your normal. He has helped manage my mobility from a severe back injury to allow me to compete in sport again without restriction as well as correct some areas I wasn't aware were impacting me as much as they were.
Excellent . Good location and Great Guy. Listens and works on the injury you have. .
