They never return phone calls. Worst customer service with BMO on 100st.and there call in centre, have no product knowledge. The beach manager in grande prairie is always away. And refuses to take responsibility for inappropriate behavior

⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Upset and Concerned Name: Brandon Humphrey I had a very upsetting and confusing experience at the BMO Mumford branch on Tuesday morning around 9:45–10:15 AM. I came in because my online banking had been locked and I was told I needed a new debit card. The teller, Janell, was amazing and deserves credit for being kind and professional. Roshini offers best service. at BMO bank. She is always helpful and we have been dealing with her for the past 15 years. Even though she has changed branches, we follow her around for our Mortgage & other needs. Above all she is personable.
