They put a 7 business day hold on my check.. on the 30th. Mail from BMO said it was due to "confindental information saying your check may not be paid" when it came from my employer, and I have previously deposited checks from them before. Now I'm getting hit with late fees for bills I'm unable to pay due to said 7 day hold on my check that was to pay my bills. Calling customer support was no help, they were unable to do anything. I do not recommend this bank anymore.
Came in to open a business account. All the info I needed was posted online, so the process was easy quick and Josh was great to work with.
Will not let you pay your loan so they can continue to collect interest. Makes my blood boil

Do not use this bank for loans. Young lady I spoke to at Branch was kind, but they are unable to do anything over the phone. Their customer service call center is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service skills. Won’t let you pay off a vehicle so they can continue to earn interest. Never had a company in my life it was so difficult to give money too. Borrowers beware!
