Just plain awful. There’s absolutely 0 regard for clients. They are even bigger scammers than the crooks who stole my card information and went on a shopping spree. 500 dollars before they even detected fraud. On week 2 of a fraud claim and can get nothing but AI responses from customer service. Bank small because this bank is a complete disaster from top to bottom.
Worst bank in America. I Zelle myself 3 thousand dollars and they have stolen it. Days and days later and it still hasn’t credited my account, and all they can say to me is they don’t have to. But they are ready to charge me a late fee on my mortgage.
The staff here is always so helpful!!!
Terrible branch and terrible workers/ bank tellers. We have had nothing but bad experiences since opening up our business account 3 months ago at this exact location. After this last issue we will most definitely be switching banks!
Pack of crooks. I had given them CLEAR instructions Not to renew but they did the opposite. I have been trying to get a hold of Josh Prophet but NEVER get a call back. No one t the Olathe branch answers the phone.
