I usually have a good experience, but I was applying for a promotional credit card and the teller couldn’t complete the application on site. She was supposed to call me the same day to finish it, and forgot. A week and a half later I got a follow up call. In matter of fact, it was two calls requesting details I already provided. I asked them to cancel my application as I lost faith in the teller’s ability to correctly fill out the application. It looks bad for BMO on a training perspective.

The absolute worst BMO branch in existence. Save yourself the headache. After 25 years and 8-10 commmercial loans banking at BMO Harris, it’s time to move on from this idiotic of a branch that ruined it for this company.
