BMO ,,is unprofessional how do the phone banking recognize my ssn and 4 digit pin ,,and then ask me a is it personal or business account but when I go inside the branch here in Colorado They want open up my account to access the other accounts ,,but I just paid a policy through Homesite insurance for the property at Kenyon ave ?? Over the phone ,but I can do transactions with the account to make payments so why can't the bank just send me the dam banking. Cards to them accounts?? BMO Harris Bank does not have the proprer infrastructure or properly trained customer service agents to handle accounts that are not local to their branches. I have experienced my account being flagged twice within 4 months for fraud after I have verified and completed bank authentication. The fraud department is closed on the weekends. I am being asked to complete another ID Verification which cost me $30 to have it notarized. This is poor training on BMO Harris. If you do not live local DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! I would strongly suggest that all should avoid doing business with BMO Harris bank. They seem to enjoy making it difficult for regular folks to pay their debts and move onto other business relationships. All I wanted to do was pay off my home equity loan, and now on the 4th payoff amount after their b.s. charges, I’m at wit’s end. Awful, stressful, and unethical. I’ve rarely been so shocked and displeased by a business in any category as I am by BMO Harris, 0/10 would not recommend.

Worst bank in the country. The app and website don't allow you to stop or modify auto payments. You can try calling, but good luck because you'll spend 5 minutes trying to press the correct menu numbers to speak to somebody and then the line just goes silent until you hang up 20min later. This is not a one time occurrence. It happened to me over and over again. By far, the best banking institution. Solid customer service and still practicing a "hands on" approach for banking needs. Anyone who suggests otherwise is most likely still struggling to balance their checkbook and fighting overdraft fees😆😆
