My mom keeps getting a charge on her account. I have called and canceled home improvement insurance 3x. They will not dispute and stopped g taking it out. Weird charges on her account. No help for older people.
Atm is always down for some reason or another, long waits inside, and the digital banking system is glitchy too. Only reason I use them is because of location but looks like it might not be worth it with all of these issues.
This bank steals your money. opened a credit card and and money marketing account here and the lady told me there was no transfer fees never explained anything about only being able to transfer money 6 times then I noticed I started getting 15 dollar transaction limit fees from transferring money from the money marketing account to pay off my credit card there was 16 15 dollar charges that happened untill I noticed. 240 dollars stolen from me over something they never brought to my attention or informed me about so I went in... read more
