Atm is always down for some reason or another, long waits inside, and the digital banking system is glitchy too. Only reason I use them is because of location but looks like it might not be worth it with all of these issues.
This bank steals your money. opened a credit card and and money marketing account here and the lady told me there was no transfer fees never explained anything about only being able to transfer money 6 times then I noticed I started getting 15 dollar transaction limit fees from transferring money from the money marketing account to pay off my credit card there was 16 15 dollar charges that happened untill I noticed. 240 dollars stolen from me over something they never brought to my attention or informed me about so I went in... read more
I have an account here and this is the 2nd time I walk into this location to try to get some forms and they always say their system is slow or isn’t working. Now I have to drive 20mins out. This place is a joke.
Went out of their way to accommodate.
