This branch has excellent customer service. Teresa is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this bank.
I personally have always had a good experience there I'm greeted with a hello and smile everytime I walk into the lobby and one person walked me through the online banking, and also helped me build my credit back up .
This card socks. Tried to set up autopay. Locked me out. Have to drive an hr to get it unlocked to even pay my bill or cancel card. What a scam.
