This location is consistently understaffed. It took over 8 minutes for a transaction at the drive through window. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told it was because there was only one teller. This is for the location on Long in Shawnee.
Worst bank ever. I Zelle myself 3 thousand dollars and they steal it. They say they don’t have to credit my account, but they do add a late fee to my mortgage!
If you like going to the bank 3 times to get access to your new account this place is for you. The online banking takes it up a notch however. They seem to have a more determined attitude, the answer is always "we will resolve this in X amount of time". That amount of time must be never because absolutely 0% of anything you need from them gets resolved. No worries, when you call back you'll be told you never requested or communicated this with them. Horrible...
Bank manager Kenzie Field-Farias was a tremendous help opening a complicated trust account, highly recommend!!
