Every time we need help we get all the help we need and more I love how nice everyone is at this branch. I know I can ask any question and Lori will get me an answer but anyone I ask will do the same. Thank you and give them all a raise please

I love this bank! Everyone there is so kind and understanding. Zeke and Lori are always accommodating, as us the other sweet girl who works there.
I stopped in the Durand branch drive thru today. I had two checks with two separate deposit slips. I wanted one check deposited in my savings, and the other split between my savings and checking. I was told that this service was not available. This is not the first time I have had issues trying to deposit checks or receive back the correct denominations I requested. I’m constantly deposited cash and checks in the ATM machine it keeps rejecting i’m constantly telling them to fix the ATM machine over and over it is not safe for anybody making deposit or withdraw money if the ATM keep constantly breaking down this is a safety concern
