Very friendly people
Every time we need help we get all the help we need and more I love how nice everyone is at this branch. I know I can ask any question and Lori will get me an answer but anyone I ask will do the same. Thank you and give them all a raise please

I love this bank! Everyone there is so kind and understanding. Zeke and Lori are always accommodating, as us the other sweet girl who works there.
I stopped in the Durand branch drive thru today. I had two checks with two separate deposit slips. I wanted one check deposited in my savings, and the other split between my savings and checking. I was told that this service was not available. This is not the first time I have had issues trying to deposit checks or receive back the correct denominations I requested.
