Do NOT bank here. I’m on week 2 of a fraud claim (which took 2 days max with prior bank) and they just don’t care. AI customer service on website. Was told claim could take up to 45 days IF I get my money back. Closing account as soon as possible (that only takes one day).
Me and my mom came today in the drive way right before they closed, and the 2 young lady's were very nice, BMO is the best bank, thank you.
