Bad website that says internal server error when you try to pay online. Long hold times when you call to explain. Banking should not be this difficult!
Poor Service. Bad phone service, called to get an issue taken care of with an ATM and got yelled at and hung up on.
Incredibly high ATM fees. You'd be better off going anywhere else but this place if you're going to withdraw money and you don't bank here. Has always been this way.
