I have always had positive interactions with tellers inside the bank here.
Convenient, friendly, efficient. What else do you want from a drive up teller?
I waited over five minutes for drive thru to open. Then ended up going inside only to be asked about my mortgage. Told the teller the mortgage banker told me to keep my current loan. Then she asked me why. I thought this was rude and unprofessional.
Closed themselves at 5:10 to balance clearly don't care about people driving from a further distance to deposit before the actual time they give
