Would choose zero if possible. Worst banking experience ever. Attempting to cash out very large CD (380k) at maturity as directed in bank to avoid MAILING(?!?!?!😬😬😳seriously?!) app unable to safely return electronically to external account originally sent money from. Laborious and unsafe. Manager played delay games. Bank any where else. Oh- option was mail check or renew @1.27% from original4.89%. No way to retain wealthy clients

When I found the place the door was locked. I never could get an appointment with Chandler Pennington, my money manager who helped my money dissappear. He added himself an account onto the app he put on my phone and every time I opened the app if I moved 1,000 dollars he would move him 1,000,1200,500.00 basically what ever he liked. I would go into the bank only to be told they have no record of the transaction or I must have spent it. Rude, never in the bank always ON LUNCH. Everyone that picks up the phone at this bank is a woman with a Russian accent….weird. I don’t think any men even work here or for any BMO. I asked for my cashiers check that I received from BMO to be cashed at this specific downtown BMO Location. They told me they wouldn’t be able to do that for me. They wouldn’t be able to order the cash and they wouldn’t try… So I would have to go to another bank and deposit it. I needed cash that day…isn’t that what banks are for? I called a BMO location a few weeks ago on Beneva and was told a rep would call me back. No one ever called me back. I decided to try again with a downtown branch and had so much more of a pleasant experience. I called in the morning and spoke to Maureen to help schedule a same day appointment. She was very friendly and responsive, calling me back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. I met with Joaquin this afternoon and was very impressed with his extreme level of professionalism.
