I have always had great service at this location.
Outstanding service. Its rare to find a big company that actually cares about their customers.
For a small town bank that should be capable of having a customer oriented standard, I am extremely disappointed for the lack of effort and care that was provided. The unfortunate service that was demonstrated specifically by the branch manager in lack of communication for 3 straight months after countless attempts is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
