Big shout out to Alexia T even I had a horrible experience on the branch on Fox river grove. Came to Cary branch and she help me with my Deposit will be coming to Cary branch from now on.
I am a decades long BMO customer who recently closed all my accounts due to horrible customer service. Changing banks is a complete hassle but the experience with BMO was so bad it was worth the effort to separate from a bank who is has no regard for their customers. I would recommend anyone looking for a bank to go elsewhere.
After 30 years as a customer they've applied so many fees (30 years making money off MY money no less) I can't afford to bank here !!! Closed all 3 accounts, 2 were 30 years old !!! MANY, MANY BANKS WITH FREE CHECKING AND DEBIT SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO BMO. NOT WHO THEY WERE. NOT A USA COMPANY. GREEDY.
ALL civil BMO employees at Crystal Lake, Cary & Fox River Grove, Illinois, cannot stand the sight of your ugly sorry ass face but still manage to smile and talk better than all the spellcasting actors in Hellywood. Kudos & happy abundant Christmas bonuses & raises !!!
