Every time I use the ATM here it's always something... Once my money didn't come out but the receipt came out... It took them a whole week to view the camera and see that... Which they knew because other people complained about the same thing... I went there last night and got money and a half of $20 came out... I would give this Bank a reign of zero Stars if it was possible to. I've had this bank account for 4 weeks now and three of them and for three oh then it's been frozen. The first reason was it was flagged under possible identity theft, the reason being is my social security number is from Texas I'm not originally from this state but I have lived here for 28 years. A couple of weeks ago, I went to this branch because the manager at the Matteson branch was very dismissive and unhelpful. When I walked in the Chicago Heights location, I was immediately helped by a young lady named Ambria. She was amazing!! She resolved my issue within 15 minutes. The paperwork the manger and a banker in the Matteson branch said they could not find in the system, Ambria pulled up in 1 minute.
