Went to peshtigo branch.tried to get in back door. It would not turn handle and seemed locked.. so big sign saying OPEN at the window. Tried to use that. It was closed..was going to leave but thought to try front door. It worked.. When I asked about back door not opening cashier said handle does not turn. Just have to pull.. no sign to do that..asked about why window was having shade down and could not use. Was told we have not used it for years. I do not recommend opening a any personal or business account at this branch. If you are looking into getting any kind of loan be prepared to share every shred of personal information that they can get from you. They will string you along and keep on asking for things that they tell you are required. My wife and I eventually stopped bringing in all of this "required" information since the only things that we did not provide for them was a urinalysis and DNA sample.
