If I could give 0 stars, I would. If I could go even lower than that, without a doubt, I would. I've been banking with BMO Harris since before they became BMO Harris. I've used this account for EVERY transaction I've ever made. I got a credit card through them and used that for every purchase I've ever made. As of 2 days ago, they permanently closed my credit card account. I did NOT receive a call. I did NOT receive a Text. I did NOT receive even an email. We have banked here for years. Getting worse. After all this time I was just told today that my license doesn't appear in all their systems and I need to see a banker to update. A few months ago even though I gave my information they took my withdrawal from my sons account instead of ours. Watch all transactions!
