This place sucks. Always understaffed. There's never a "teller" available to help with anything other than deposits or withdrawals. Never using bmo again after i drive to Darien branch to close my accounts.
I recently visited the BMO Bank in Woodridge with a legitimate business need: I had a check from my boss and wanted to cash it there, even though I’m not a regular customer. I approached the teller, who was professional, and in a lighthearted moment, I simply complimented her by saying she looked nice. Unfortunately, this turned into a really unpleasant ordeal. This branch needs more staff like Alexsis. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Always has a smile on his face and greets customers as soon as they enter the branch. Keep it up!
I have been with Harris for nearly 35 years. They have always been nothing but accommodating, kind, and wonderful to me. At times, the lines are a bit long. I just alter the time I go. Anything can be worked out. Thank you for all you've done for me Harris!!
Heloc Department security procedures are ridiculous and there customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful to say the least.
