Very poor customer service experience today. I could not believe just how smug the people that work here are. I filed a formal complaint.
This branch took money out of my account because someone walked in and filed a dispute. The problem is, no paperwork or proof of who walked in and the person wasn't registered on my account. I filed a fraud complaint and have not heard anything in a week.
