I don’t bank here and would not recommend it. Awhile back I needed quarters for laundry and this bank is the closest. I went to the ATM and took out $20 and of course had to pay the fee for not banking there. Went inside and they wouldn’t give me quarters. I get they don’t have to, but come on. After reading all the 1 star reviews about the customer service at this branch and services. I should have not bothered to visit this location. I would not recommend any one use the ATM here either. The ATM malfunctioned and did NOT give me my funds after hours. I returned to the bank as soon as they opened with evidence showing that the money was withdrawn from my account but cash was never dispensed. I have had such a wonderful experience with the staff and management at this branch. I've recently called this location to get assistance over the phone and Jessica was very friendly and was able to address my request effortlessly. Although there is a BMO in Downers Grove, I am willing to drive a little bit further to Lisle and get their excellent customer service. A special thank you to Jessica and manager Robin for their exceptional care!
