If a 0 was an option that's exactly what they would get. I went there crying, needing to open a account. With $13,000... they took advantage of me.. failed to mention that they wouldn't let me have access to my money for 9business days(14 actual days) and when I went there to talk with her about it,she laughed in my face..oh I'm sorry did I forget that.. when in fact she lied said that I would have access to partial of my money.. birthday came n went no money. it's OK because I'm pulling my $13,000 and going with greenstate.... read more

Drive through hours indicates 8am-1pm. However, this is misleading. They close at 12pm. Change the hours BMO Harris. This is horrible customer service. CHASE this is why you're #1.
