This bank is the worst. I bank at BMO all over DuPage and Cook County and this one in Addison is unbelievable. Mariana is so rude. So rude. And so slow. They have never had more than one lane open and they are so slow. Even though I live literally blocks away, I try not to come here if at all possible. It’s unbelievable to me that Mariana has the audacity to be rude when she is an awful representation of customer service.
I work on the road and I deposit checks at many different BMO Harris Bank locations across Chicago land for my employer. This Harris bank has to be the worst branch I have ever encountered. I got there at 4:30 and all of the drive-through lines were closed and also one set of doors to the lobby was closed with no sign indicating that there were other lobby doors on the other side of the building that were open. They fixed a problem for me in a very professional manner. I was quite pleased.
They don’t have bathrooms for customers and only have a couple employees actually working while everyone just hides at their cubicles. Go to another bank that actually cares for customers.
