They fixed a problem for me in a very professional manner. I was quite pleased.
They don’t have bathrooms for customers and only have a couple employees actually working while everyone just hides at their cubicles. Go to another bank that actually cares for customers.
Customer service was excellent. Noushin sobbi explained everything to us and we joined the checking account where we will get rewarded for the direct payments to the Bank. Now waiting for the rewards
I have been a customer of this organization since 1977, with the same account number all these years. I had a commercial loan, and my home mortgage with this institution which I paid both loans years in advance. The local branch, only 344 feet from my home, is NOT a full service branch, as far as I’m concerned, and the branch manager, Elvia Ontiveros should NOT be a branch manager, as I’ve been waiting over a month now for her to respond to my concerns about a credit due me.
