No complaints about the staff they are excellent service even the calling center is professional, just don’t open a little business account there they take more than a week to clear up a check deposit

I entered BMO 201 Grand in Bensenville around 1:00. Noticed I was the only client in the lobby. The teller ask if he could help and I explained what I had come in for and he asked me to take a seat. Seating for 10 minutes I could see a car park in the front parking lot, a gentleman entered the lobby and the lady seating by the door immediately existed her office and approached the other customer, she greeted him in Spanish, turned to me told me someone would be with me shortly.
