I was having so many issues with my mobile banking app, it was giving me headaches all morning. Until I decided to call my nearest BMO, and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Maria. She was very polite, patient, kind, and fixed the issue! I had called a few minutes before closing time too, so I do appreciate that she picked up the phone even tho she was closing on a Saturday 🙏😅 Thank you BMO!
