The bank on Randall Rd in St. Charles (and I assume all BMO Harris banks) has tried to go Digital. No more deposit slips, just use your debit card to make your transactions. Simple right? NO!. Problem is...there are lots of people with no debit card, and senior citizens that don't understand the technology at ALL. I'm no stranger to technology, but when I went in today to make a simple transaction (deposit check, and get a minimal amount of cash back) the debit card readers were DOWN!
