Absolutely terrible. No escalation or sense of urgency or professionalism from the bankers
Why does it say drive through open until 5:30 and its 5:11 and all lanes closed!!!! S.M.D.H
It says that the drive thru is open exactly at 830. Been here for 30 mins exact now because i drove to the front and window to see if they had change there hours. Try to call them rings for a bit but then its get caught off. Like we have business to run. But to wait on your people to open when ever they feel like without informing anybody they change their hours is kinda low for you big corp companies.
They shut down the complete branch without informing any customers who were going there.
