Bank teller needs some customer service training. Teller provoked and escalated the conversation in an upset customer (myself) to the point the teller refused service and then walked away.
I was having problems with my bank account that was restricted and after speaking with my banker, Mr Oscar Reyes, he was able to resolve all of my issues
Really good people trying to help others and to ease your procedures. Highly advisable!
