After 25 years of being a BMO customer with personal and business accounts, I can definitely say this bank has lost all credibility. The bank manager does not know how to delete his voice mails and his mailbox is full. Their online banking website is incredibly buggy and considering their staff incompetence, I can only image how their tech is managed. I will be moving my accounts to another local bank. In addition, their 800 support is a maze and very difficult to actually get a human.
I wish I could give no stars! Absolute worst customer service ever! Deizy Horta is not a good human being or employee. She escalated a situation and made it about her instead of listening. I must have taken away from her free time. Then I talked with Bobby the "Manager" he promised to call me back three weeks went buy, couldn't leave message because voicemail was full. Bank teller needs some customer service training. Teller provoked and escalated the conversation in an upset customer (myself) to the point the teller refused service and then walked away.
I was having problems with my bank account that was restricted and after speaking with my banker, Mr Oscar Reyes, he was able to resolve all of my issues
