Great customer service! Alana is very knowledgable and efficent! She is a great assett to this financial institution! Wishing there could be more bankers like her! She goes above and beyond!
I asked to renew my Roth IRA and the banker tried to convince me it was a normal CD with a ridiculously low interest rate. Then they said they can't renew Roth IRAs. Eventually the banker figured it out and tried to get me to sign up for a savings account. I declined the savings because I'd they already don't know what the difference between a Roth IRA and a CD god forbid I sign up for any other account. 1 star because after 40min of explaining it finally got done. Good job. You guys get 1 star for completing the task.
