The Calumet branch have excellent customer service
I had the unfortunate event happen that the US postal service severely damaged my mail. I brought my sealed envelope with proof that the post office had damaged the check and the manager and my teller came together to think of a way to piece it back together and let me deposit my important transaction. My teller was so patient and kind. Thank you. The staff here has always been friendly and amazing but this just went above and beyond. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Great personal bankers. Personable. Friendly.
Tried to do a 5k withdrawal, they refused. Asked why I came to their branch when I'm not from there. I had just gotten off work, they were literally the closest branch to me at that time. Worst experience ever.
The service is just okay at this branch. I think I will be pulling my money out of BMO Harris in September when my CD matures.
