They were incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. Their support made a hard situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent customer care.
My husband and I, opened 2 checking accounts about 6 or 7 months ago because we received a $250 bonus offer with direct deposits. We didn't received that bonus. I visit this location to make deposits and its usually pretty calm amd relaxed, I read a few reviews and thought they where hilarious, one guy was so upset that someone for another part of the country couldn't open an account while "visiting the U.S" using a I.d not from the u.s, I guess ppl don't realize in those cases they need multiple forms of identification, I honestly think the banks should be checking multiple documents before letting people who are not citizens here open accounts!!! Anyways keep up the good work !!!
