Poor customer service & snarky. Asked for a verification of funds letter which I have received multiple times from good banks, not here. Then got snarky with me when I brought up that their competitors do it. Have had multiple commercial & personal accounts with them in the past, will not again.
Everyone that works there were very helpful and understanding.
I have my checking account AND Mortgage there. Have been with them for many years... no problems at all.
