The last manager was much better
Walked in at 12:04pm and was turned away. Horrible..You have my money and turn me away 4 min late. Very rude!
Edit to say there were 0 other customers in the bank and no effort to apologize was made . Was trying to have my change converted to cash and deposit here. After being told they don't take change unless it's rolled by hand and giving me papers, I got to work in the lobby. After several minutes of doing this I noticed who appeared to be a manager walk up to the empty desk, gesture to me, and laugh with the teller about something.
