I'm doing an update on BMO. Beware if you get double charged for a transaction, they will not reimburse you when you do a dispute. They will say "customer liable". We did a purchase at speedway and was charged 2 times for the same transaction. Went to speedway and they said it was the bank. Called the bank they said no it wasn't them and the dispute was closed. They cant even do a deposit without asking for help, im not sure you can say you know what your doing but ask for help 3 times
After receiving terrible service from the BMO corporate call center somewhere in Asia numerous times, I walked into my local branch in St.Charles. I asked to speak to the manager. I told James my problem, and had excellent customer service from the branch manager James!! I will continue to do business with the location because of his attentiveness to my situation.
