Worst bank in existence. Stay away.
This morning I had issues accessing a new checking account. I was transferred between people on the phone when I called BMO’s main line. Finally, I called this branch and was connected with Brian. Even through I’m 90 miles away, he quickly helped me figure out the issue from the back end & successfully access to my account. I am thankful for his help!
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They issued us two new debit cards, unlocked my online banking app and completed a credit card application. The service and advice were great and a perfect combination of competence and fast service!
The branch is 200 miles from where I live. They asked I am coming in person to check my ID. Had to call 10 times to make sure they did close my application. Very bad customer service. Unprofessional resolution team. I opened today to a different bank and it took me less than 5min.
