Indian call center. Decision made - as soon as I get refund from merchants I will move to another bank. They close my zelle they not able to add my credit card to Google pay I don't want to be in further conversation. Again just now their Indian call center not able to resolve problem. Time is 4-15 PM Wednesday July 8 2026
I opened a new account, I told them I was depositing a sizeable treasurer check issued from a large national bank , they told me a portion of the check would be released upon depositing. Instead a 11 day hold was placed on the entire amount. As a new customer and new resident this is incredibly inconvenient.
It is always a pleasure visiting this branch. The team is highly professional, helpful, and truly welcoming. They consistently create a positive banking experience and make every visit smooth and comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!!!
