We as a family have been client of BMO Harris Bank since in 2000. After few years, we got a “Cash back credit card with them”. In one occasion, we lost $2000.00 while we were adjusting ticket flights. A ticked selling company (run by indians ) tricked us, and with the change of only time of the departure, they robbed us $2000,00, through BMO cash-back Credit card”. DO NOT BANK with BMO. They will not even refund a late fee that was their mistake. They will not respond to emails. Their systems are decades behind Chase. What happened to good customer?
I don't know why this bank has so many low reviews the inside was clean and looked great and the employees were very nice and helpful
