Excellent customer service!!!
Horrible experience with the bankers. Awful customer service. There's easily 6 of them sitting there and avoiding helping customers at all cost.
No one answers the phone. Over and over, nothing, same recorded message. And app help..... doesn't help... So, maybe new bank?
