The customer service is decent but the banking system itself is trash tbh . I been with them for almost 2 years and i’m thinking to switch to chase . The money takes days when you deposit a check and then you need to wait for more days for the rest of the money to hit !!! it’s so annoying.
I've been banking with BMO for several years and the customer service at this branch is consistently poor. I have being calling this branch and I cannot get through to a live agent to assist me. I have tried to call the branch manager directly, however that person is no longer listed as the manager either... What a mess. Maybe I should take all of my business elsewhere?
