Extremely rude staff member who did everything she could to make me feel stupid for asking questions about my account.
I've been banking with BMO since October 2025. I deposit checks.every two weeks. The checks are from the same place and always clear. For some reason this BMO location decided to place a hold on all my funds for 7 business days. I tried to call with no anwser. Then I called the branch I have gone to in the past on Lake Street and was told customer service could fix it and then transferred me to them. Customer service said they could not fix it. Now I have no money available to go to work, buy things I need, or to pay bills.
Worst atm never works tap to open your account doesn’t work can’t withdraw money on the weekends always more broke then the ice cream machine at McDonald
