David is a great banker. I was Very satisfied with his customer service, top notch.Helped me with all I needed. Came sad and Left the bank very happy!
All the staff is super friendly. I’m greeted everytime I walk in their building. The service is quick and efficient. I love that you no longer need to complete slips for transactions and the instant issue debit card is life saving
This bank has repeatedly maid mistakes on our accounts. A tellers mistake, has taken close to a year, to clear up and an excruciating amount of time and effort on our part. In the meantime, false late charges were applied, mistakes made to other accounts, as well as, turning in our account for, “being late”, and losing 51 points on our credit score. All of these issues were the total fault of BMO, but we are paying the price!!!!!!! to clear
