This bank has repeatedly maid mistakes on our accounts. A tellers mistake, has taken close to a year, to clear up and an excruciating amount of time and effort on our part. In the meantime, false late charges were applied, mistakes made to other accounts, as well as, turning in our account for, “being late”, and losing 51 points on our credit score. All of these issues were the total fault of BMO, but we are paying the price!!!!!!! to clear

Since I'm on the BMO website, why not shoot off a review too. I walked in to the West Indian Trail, Aurora, IL branch do a wire transfer, and stumbled upon the Branch Manager... and told him why I was there... sending a wire transfer overseas. So, then he began advising me to use cautionary discretion, and continued asking more questions. I told him I met the girl online three days ago, and she asked me to wire $20,000 to her bank account, because her poor sick grandmother needs a few organ transplants: heart, lung, liver, k... read more
