Worst business banking experience ever! The staff is rude and un-wavering, even spoke to the manager. I wish I could go into more detail here, but I do not want to divulge sensitive information. This is my favorite branch to go to. Austin and Willy are absolutely amazing at their Jobs. Both are professionals and very easy going. They always have me in and out. I’m impressed with the customer service. I would recommend anyone thinking to switch banks or branches Go to BMO HARRIS in Montgomery.!
I recently got married and went into this branch with my wife to deposit some money into a joint savings account that we had. We spoke with the bank teller Sonya who told us about a new promotion that for opening a new checking account we would receive $400 after qualifying. When she signed us up she typed in the incorrect promo code and said that she will get this fixed with the back office. The code was never fixed and we received $150 of the $400 upon qualification. With bank for many years, this banks service has become such a disaster that I finally had to leave it after almost two decades, they never fixed one of their errors which caused problems for me, and their really don’t care attitude was the final straw for me.
