I have sat in the bank waiting for a banker to open an account for over 10 minutes. I have not been acknowledged by anyone except the teller who told me where to sit. Currently one banker is finding it more important to train someone than actually deal with customers. This branch and most likely this bank has no hope, as they do not value customer service...
