If there have to be a award called (WBOAT) Worst Bank Of All Time) then they totally deserve this, very terrible service, their mobile application is always under maintenance. Please save yourself from this terrible junkyard please stay aware.

We Stopped to have Lunch while our UTV is being serviced in Menomonie. My husband, a Disabled Veteran walked about a Block to Ask for Change for the Meter. The Bank Refused to provide change and Suggested he go to KwikTrip!!
4/2/25 Update: I have received a response via Google Review. I have emailed the rating.reviewssupport@bmo.com and waiting for a call. We attempted to get a notary at this branch today and they’re unfamiliar with the guidelines of the notary process. Happy to change my review if I get a request a contact them so I can explain the situation.
This is the worst bank I have ever been with! I deposited a check in my account last week and still can’t access it every time I call someone to ask about it they say there’s nothing they can do for me! Definitely would not recommend this bank to anyone!
