4/2/25 Update: I have received a response via Google Review. I have emailed the rating.reviewssupport@bmo.com and waiting for a call. We attempted to get a notary at this branch today and they’re unfamiliar with the guidelines of the notary process. Happy to change my review if I get a request a contact them so I can explain the situation.
This is the worst bank I have ever been with! I deposited a check in my account last week and still can’t access it every time I call someone to ask about it they say there’s nothing they can do for me! Definitely would not recommend this bank to anyone!
