Terrible policies... Poor customer service... They'll hold a large check for 2 weeks, Just because.
If you want headaches, This is the place...where you can't even cancel a check, or bring in money to cover the check so they can unrelease it. They still won't help you. EVEN IF YOU BROUGHT IN MONEY TO COVER THE CHECK THEY'LL HOLD IT FOR 2 WEEKS. THEY'RE EXTENDED HOLD IS OUTRAGEOUS... And then they yell at you when you are upset. There's enough yelling in the world We don't need it from our banks....

I would give it no stars at all, if that was an option. I have had nothing but issues from day one. Spent hours on the phone, just to have to go into the branch. After 3 weeks and still not able to manage my accounts. They've lost a customer. Don't walk away from them...RUN! Avoid like it was Covid19
