Just opened an account a week ago and already had a charge that was never explained. When I asked about it, management was pretty rude but ended up being helpful a fixed the issue. I was told this would be my one and only refusal fee waved. Disappointed with this bank after only a week

What’s the point of having the tap reader on ATM’s if they’re not going to work? This is every Bmo in Joliet and new Lenox and I’m sure elsewhere.
