called me trying to push a crdfit card on me when the compamy has been holding one of my checks for a week. they responded with a support email that doesnt work. couldnt have gotten worst service if they ttied bmo is not a good company i will close my account when all my transactions process which couple be weeks at this point.
Horrible treatment here, literally my husband tired to take $800 out and he was getting interrogated about it. He asked for a manager and the manager was doing the same saying it wasn’t available until Wednesday then said Tuesday. His funds are available it said posted on his account, keep in mind its was a Zelle transfer, those post same day. *I know this cause worked for a bank before* Luckily, he was able to get the money out of an atm. Just opened an account a week ago and already had a charge that was never explained. When I asked about it, management was pretty rude but ended up being helpful a fixed the issue. I was told this would be my one and only refusal fee waved. Disappointed with this bank after only a week
