Always professional and welcoming
Do not bank with BMO, one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Customer service sucks, account management sucks, and mobile app sucks
I had burdensome banking needs and the crew happily stayed after closing on a Saturday to help me. Very helpful, professional, and customer-service friendly.
Now I need a passport to withdraw my own money
I am going to amend my review . It is still one Star and Brian the Branch Manager is still rude and arrogant and feels corporate policy is more important than customer service. Brian feels that because the check I received from my insurance company to replace my son's car that was totaled in a wreck on his way home from college was too much of a risk for BMO that he place a 7 day hold on it.
