BMO has been a big upgrade from my previous bank. They have everything you need and the customer service is excellent.
My interactions with this branch have been few and frustrating. I can't get through on the phone. This entire organization is in the stone ages. Their system updates have created problems with my accounts every time. They don't have all of their business on the same platform. They might be good for people who are completely old school with banking before the digital age, but for those of us who like technology and processes to be simplified this is not the bank.
