My sister and I were at this bank representing our uncle with all power of attorney documents.only to be be turned away like criminals by the branch manager brad .we have reached out to corporate for assistance.no response.now we have to resort to legal assistance.his accounts have been frozen.our mother has money here as well.this bank is from canada.the corporate office told us they were not familiar with US laws????? I would not leave 1 penny of my money in this bank.see you in court!!!!!
-10: called the Cedarburg, WI branch 3x in 2 days; the banker never called me back. Day 3 called the Cedarburg, WI branch and got INDIA... I could not understand the person; and 20 minutes into trying to close a $0 account, she was still trying to verify me. DO NOT USE THIS BANK -- THEY WILL GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
If you do any kind of real banking or business banking they are pretty much useless. Been banking with them for over 20 years never bounced a check or missed a payment. Would not extend credit line or make funds available on checks that were deposited from a credible source that had history of good credit. Terrible bank and terrible Branch Manager.
