I am surprised to hear these reviews. I have had only good experiences at this branch. When I have called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for anything such as opening a CD, they had the paperwork all filled out and it tooks seconds to sign. When I came in without an appointment, they offered to send me paperwork to sign at home. The tellers have always been efficient both inside and at the drive through.
Does anyone have an email address for anyone at this branch? I live in Turkey and am trying desperately to reach someone here.
I had a great experience at this location as always. The staff here is so friendly, helpful, and patient. Aggy is my banker, and she helps me with my business needs small or large. No matter if the drone authority charged me money they shouldn't have. Aggy fixed it. Kenya is always making polite conversations and living the mood. I have to say compared to their branch locations I visit throughout the month.
