One star for the banker trying to help me. Madiha, the older lady with tons of perfume working as a teller was very rude. I walked in, she glared me up and down, no hi/hello. Theres a reason Chase is top in convenience and customer service.
WOW! For years I have been getting change from this branch because we are a small business located very close to them. I walked in today, ID in hand and was told I have to have an account. If I was ever thinking of switching banks I will never go with BMO.
Carlos Luna is a wonderful and amazing representative of BMO. We hold him in such high regard as he's consistently attentive to our business banking needs and always goes above and beyond for us.
Your money is not safe at BMO Bank! I am a victim of check fraud and out thousands of dollars. This has been going on since last year. I am suing BMO Bank N.A.; Christopher Baker, Alexandra Heiden; and Kristian Spensor Case #24 M1 120447. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with these three individuals.
