Not a good experience here. Had some issues I was hoping to speak to someone about at the local branch. Your manager basically pushed me out the door and wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to care too much! I would suggest you go to a bank like PNC instead as they actually value their customers and know how to treat them.
Went in today to do a deposit and move some money around different accounts. The teller I had, Kaity, was absolutely fantastic. Cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful in an Era where so often at other banks and branches, tellers seem to not care about customer service. Never had a problem with this bank and will continue to use it for many years to come.
Usually customer service is lacking at this location. I did find one person who has great customer skills, ask for Lynsey, unless you just want to be frustratef.
